01 // TARMAC SYSTEMS · SOVEREIGN AGENT INFRASTRUCTURE 127.0.0.1 ENCLAVE · ARM64 + DESKTOP

The Sovereign Execution Runtime for Desktop and Physical Mobile Agents.

Software shouldn’t stop at chat.
It should finish the job.

Ninety percent of mission-critical enterprise operations lack public APIs—locked inside mobile native apps, instant messaging clients, and authenticated local desktops. Tarmac compiles declarative Agent Operating Procedures into deterministic, human-paced execution on real hardware, governed by local credential isolation and inline fiduciary approval gates.

Why enterprise AI stalls at the chat sidebar.

Public APIs expose systems of record, not systems of work. Sourcing candidates on mobile-only networks, negotiating bespoke contracts over IM, and reconciling multi-supplier quotes require a sovereign runtime that operates real interfaces without sacrificing security or account integrity.

Architecture Axis Cloud Chat Wrappers Headless Browser Bots Tarmac Sovereign Runtime
01 / Surface Coverage ~10% REACH
Restricted to SaaS vendors with clean OAuth REST endpoints; blind to closed apps.
~35% REACH
Web DOM only; cannot actuate native iOS/Android clients or local desktop software.
100% FULL-SURFACE
Unified execution across physical ARM64 mobile apps, authenticated desktop OS, and web.
02 / Device Fingerprint Safety NO ACTUATION
Generates text drafts only; human operator still performs manual copy-paste execution.
HIGH BAN EXPOSURE
Datacenter IPs, synthetic WebDriver flags, and fixed timers trigger immediate risk bans.
HARDWARE ATTESTED
Genuine physical device telemetry paired with log-normal cadence and Gaussian touch kinematics.
03 / Credential Boundary VENDOR CLOUD
Long-lived OAuth tokens and enterprise transcripts persisted in third-party SaaS clouds.
SESSION EXFILTRATION
Requires uploading raw session cookies and credentials into remote container fleets.
127.0.0.1 SOVEREIGN
Zero cloud credential storage; tokens and sessions never cross the local loopback enclave.
04 / Fiduciary Approval UNSTRUCTURED
Prompt-level guardrails subject to hallucination; no cryptographic pre-commit lock.
FIRE & FORGET
Imperative scripts mutate production state silently until an incident occurs downstream.
INLINE DETERMINISTIC
Hard runtime gates freeze high-value actions until signed by a designated human fiduciary.
05 / Unit Economics SEAT TAX
Per-seat license cost adds overhead while headcount scales linearly with volume.
MAINTENANCE DEBT
Minor UI updates break brittle XPath selectors, demanding constant engineering triage.
COMPOUNDING LEVERAGE
8–12x operator span-of-control with audited settlement per verified business outcome.
03 // CORE RUNTIME PRIMITIVES & TELEMETRY DETERMINISTIC KERNEL · v0.9
THREE KERNEL PRIMITIVES

Engineered like a systems runtime, not a prompt chain.

Every action in Tarmac passes through three decoupled layers: semantic UI compilation, physiological cadence synthesis, and a loopback permission broker equipped with an 11ms hardware-grade anomaly circuit breaker.

[01] PRIMITIVE // COMPILER

Semantic UI-Tree & AOP Compiler

Fuses OS accessibility hierarchies with lightweight local vision anchors into a typed semantic graph. Declarative Agent Operating Procedures bind to business intent rather than fragile pixel coordinates or XPath strings.

Graph Resolution < 18ms / Frame
[02] PRIMITIVE // KINEMATICS

Stochastic Behavioral Pacing

Synthesizes log-normal cognitive reading latency, micro-saccadic scroll curves, and edge-avoiding 2D Gaussian touch distributions—eliminating the deterministic step-pulses that trigger client risk engines.

Cadence Model LogNormal(μ, σ²)
[03] PRIMITIVE // ENCLAVE

127.0.0.1 Sovereign Permission Broker

An isolated local daemon mediates USB/ADB bridges, desktop window handles, and session vaults. Reasoning models receive redacted structural snapshots; raw credentials never leave localhost.

Tarmac powers production environments where chat copilots fail: compressing multi-day bespoke deal synthesis into six minutes and scaling two core operators across hundreds of elastic domain specialists.

Background synthesis agents ingest live IM discovery threads, query non-API inventory/pricing tools, and assemble bespoke client proposals—freeing human advisors exclusively for high-trust closing.

Auditable policies before a single pixel is clicked.

Replace opaque prompt chains and fragile scraping scripts with version-controlled Agent Operating Procedures (AOP)—enforcing loopback credential isolation, pacing bounds, and cryptographic approval thresholds.

BOUNDARY 01 // LOOPBACK ENCLAVE

Zero Cloud Credential Retention (127.0.0.1)

Session cookies, desktop IM handles, ERP tokens, and USB signing keys reside exclusively inside your on-premise 127.0.0.1 permission broker. Cloud inference endpoints never receive raw secrets or unredacted PII.

BOUNDARY 02 // HARDWARE ATTESTATION

Physical Device & Secure Enclave Signatures

Every execution node runs on dedicated local workstations and physical ARM64 mobile hardware—never spoofed emulators or shared proxy farms—preserving institutional account reputation.

BOUNDARY 03 // CRYPTOGRAPHIC LEDGER

Immutable Hash-Chained Audit Trail

Each UI-tree snapshot, Gaussian coordinate sample, fiduciary human signature, and state commit is chained via SHA-256 and signed with Ed25519 for SOC2, ISO27001, and financial audit readiness.

Why We Built Tarmac

Over the past decade, I spent my career building consumer and cloud platform core systems operating at hundreds-of-millions-of-users scale—where reliability, latency budgets, and permission boundaries are non-negotiable engineering laws. Later, as an early-stage technology investor evaluating well over a hundred AI startups from first principles, I kept witnessing the exact same structural wall.

Foundation models got dramatically better at reasoning, yet enterprise productivity barely budged outside software engineering. Why? Because the first wave of AI assumed the enterprise world is cleanly exposed via REST APIs. In reality, roughly ninety percent of high-stakes operational execution happens where no public API exists—inside mobile-native apps, encrypted messaging threads, legacy desktop clients, and multi-party human workflows.

The second half of AI does not belong to another chat sidebar. It belongs to governed terminal execution—measured in closed loops, protected credentials, and auditable unit economics.

Organizations tried bridging this gap with two flawed compromises: chat wrappers that stop at drafting text and leave humans as copy-paste middleware, or brittle headless scraping scripts that exfiltrate session cookies to the cloud and trigger immediate risk bans. Neither architecture is acceptable for an institution with real fiduciary responsibility.

We built Tarmac to be the missing sovereign execution layer. By combining a declarative Agent Operating Procedure (AOP) compiler, physiologically faithful behavioral pacing on real desktop and ARM64 mobile hardware, a zero-cloud 127.0.0.1 permission broker, and inline human approval gates, Tarmac turns frontier intelligence into finished, accountable work.
